Downgate Tamar Valley

This garden at Downgate, in the Tamar valley was in a poor state with existing paving and paths sunken and cracked. The client wanted a traditional style of garden. We needed to make a cohesive space that brought interest to every area.
An Oak pergola was constructed to soften the garage, create an entrance to the rear garden provide height, interest and somewhere to hang the clients Hammocks. A Raised pond was built at the back of the garage to convert a dead area into a focal point and point of interest.
